Q. When is the best time to have my home staged?

A. Right before it goes on the market. You want your home to look its best in the photographs that will be posted on the internet. When a potential buyer walks in your door, you have 11 seconds to capture their attention, make it count!

 

 

 

 

Q. Can you give me a price quote over the phone?

A. I can do my best to give you a fee range. Without seeing the space in question, I cannot fully determine the scope of the project. A consultation is where we always start to determine the full needs of a project.

 

 

 

 

Q. How long will my redesign or staging take?  

A. It will depend on the extent of the project. It can take anywhere between 3-8 hours. A consultation narrows down a time frame.

 

 

 

 

Q. Will I be able to watch the transformation take place?

A. Yes, I prefer to save homeowners as much money as possible I often allow the homeowner to act as my assistant as long as they are open to new ideas.

 

 

 

 

Q. When do I pay you?

A. Payment is due at time of service. Metamorphing Interiors accepts cash, Checks and all major credit cards (note a 5% service fee will be applied).

 

 

 

 

Q. Will I have to buy new furniture and accessories for my Re-design?

A. No. The best part of a Re-design is to 're-purpose' what you already have. I will shop your home to find all the things I need to create a wonderful new space for you. If you would like, I can leave a wish list for you so you can add additional pieces over time that will enhance your new space.

 

 

 

 

Q. Will I have to pay monthly rental fees for items you bring in to stage my home?

There are rental fees associated in the case rental items are needed for your project. Metamorphing Interiors utilizes furnishings from a third party. This keeps the staging cost down for the homeowner and allows us to create a custom look for each home. The warehouse is 22,000 square feet, with the widest selection of any staging company in Colorado! Don't be fooled by smaller staging companies that claim they have all the inventory needed for your project.

 

 

 

 

Q. Will I have to pack all my stuff in order to have my home staged?

A. Not necessarily. The purpose of staging your home is so it sells quickly and for you to get top dollar for it. In order to highlight your homes' best features, it is recommended packing extra items away. This allows the space to look more open and inviting and won't distract buyers. It also protects your belongings and gives you a head start when it's time to move. During the consultation, items that need to be packed will be noted.

 

 

 

 

Q. My House is on the market, but we've already moved into our new home. How do you stage the home that is already on the market?

A. Metamorphing Interiors combines four levels of staging services to stage your home without costing you a fortune! With this concept utilized, your home will show its best! A custom look will be created using rental items, items you have from your current home, or a combination of the two.

In many cases, Metamorphing Interiors has staged homes that have sat vacant on the market for months and has received offers less than 30 days after staging. A vacant home just does not show well!
